Robbie Ross Credits Father With Baseball Success

Robbie Ross Jr. is currently pitching for the Texas Rangers, his third season with them. He was a second-round draft pick of the Rangers in 2008. His father, a former minor league player from 1975 to 1979, spent countless hours catching his son on their farm in Kentucky, and in fact was his baseball coach until Robbie was age 15.

Robbie gives his father Chuck credit for his development as a player.
