Carlos Alonso plays in the Philadelphia Phillies organization as an infielder, in his sixth season after being drafted out of Delaware University in 2010.

Kolarek Father and Son Share Special Bond

Adam Kolarek is currently a pitcher for Double-A Binghampton in the New York Mets organization. He was drafted by the Mets in the 2010 MLB Draft out of the University of Maryland. Frank never pushed his son into baseball, but Adam had the opportunity to be around major league baseball through his father’s scouting assignments. They have never taken for granted the baseball experiences they have shared together.
