Brandon Bonilla is pursuing a professional baseball career like his all-star infielder/outfielder dad, Bobby Bonilla, but his aspirations are to be a major-league pitcher.
Bobby Bonilla played sixteen years in the majors and was selected to six all-star teams. He was a member of the 1997 Florida Marlins that defeated the Cleveland Indians in the World Series. His career totals included 287 home runs, 1173 RBI, and a .279 batting average.
Brandon is currently in his second year of pro ball in the Baltimore Orioles organization, after being drafted in the 13th round of the 2016 MLB Draft. Last season he posted a 1.93 ERA in 13 games. He is currently playing with Aberdeen.
