Bo Bichette, the son of former MLB all-star Dante Bichette, is making his early bid for all-star status himself. The younger Bichette got the starting nod at shortstop for the USA team during last week’s MLB Future Stars game. Dante was a four-time all-star with the Colorado Rockies.
Playing for the Toronto Blue Jays’ Double-A New Hampshire club, Bo currently leads the Eastern League in hits and stolen bases. He teams with Vlad Guerrero Jr. and Cavan Biggio, sons of two Hall of Fame player, to form a potent offense for New Hampshire.
