Legendary Scout George Genovese Dead at 93

George Genovese died in November at age 93.

Genovese was around professional baseball for more than 70 years, first as a player then as a scout.  The legendary scout is noted for his work with the San Francisco Giants, having signed players like Bobby Bonds, Dave Kingman, and George Foster.

His brother, Chick, was also a major league scout for the Giants, primarily focusing on the Caribbean for baseball talent.
