Joc Pederson has emerged as one of the best rookies in the big leagues during the 2015 season. After a brief call-up to the Dodgers late last season, he has cemented his status as their centerfielder of the future.
Joc’s baseball bloodlines include his father, Stu, who played nine seasons at the Triple-A level for the Dodgers and Blue Jays from 1983 to 1992, but only saw eight games of major league action with the Dodgers in 1985.
Joc attributes his early success in the majors to his inherited genes and the baseball lessons his father passed on to him.
