Ken Griffey, Jr. will be eligible for the Hall of Fame voting later this year, after a sterling 22-year major league career that began in 1989. He finished his career with 630 home runs, currently sixth on the all-time career home run list.
His children are now playing sports, and Griffey spends his time enjoying their games. His son, Trey, is a junior redshirt wide receiver for the University of Arizona, while his daughter, Taryn, is a freshman on the University of Arizona team.
Griffey is the son of Ken Griffey, Sr., who played 19 seasons in the big leagues.
