Clark Family Has Legacy of Operating The Baseball Hall Of Fame

Jane Forbes Clark is the third generation of the Clark family to operate the National Baseball Hall of Fame as a non-profit trust. Her grandfather, Stephen Carlton Clark Sr., opened the Hall of Fame in 1939, thus it is now celebrating its 75th anniversary.

Jane began working in the Hall of Fame at age twelve and by age twenty became her father’s assistant. Naturally, her passion for baseball grew, and now she serves as patron of the historic museum and library.
