Roberto Clemente Jr. Talks About His Father

Roberto Clemente Jr. has been on a speaking tour to promote “The True Legacy of an Undying Hero,” a book he and his family wrote about his Hall of Fame father, Roberto Clemente.

Clemente Jr. was drafted by the Philadelphia Phillies in 1984 and played parts of three seasons in the Phillies and San Diego Padres organizations. He later was a broadcaster for the New York Yankees and ESPN.

He has continued his father’s charitable works in his native Puerto Rico.
